Located in Queensland, Australia, I am a professional Nutritionist and Personal trainer who specialises in plant based / vegan whole food nutritional therapy and dietary education. I am committed to forming relationships with clients looking to transition or improve their plant based/ vegan lifestyle and performance. Together we can combat chronic diseases, improve hormone balance, vitality and improve your energy. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor who runs a studio gym located in Queensland, Australia. With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, I love helping people to achieve their goals in weight loss and fitness. My philosophy is to help incorporate fitness and plant based/ vegan eating as a lifestyle, rather than a diet or a short term fix. You will feel more energized and recover quickly for the next session on a plant based / vegan lifestyle. Jodi

Owner / Plant based Nutritionist, Health Coach and Personal Trainer.

Hi i'm Jodi! I am a certified Plant based / Vegan Nutritionist and a certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others become healthy and feel amazing on a plant based lifestyle.

My goal is to help you to transition to a healthy, plant based  whole foods lifestyle. I can show you how easy it is to be plant based and reap the benefits of this lifestyle for your health fitness and wellbeing. 

If you want to experience better health, balanced hormones and have abundant energy that comes from adopting a plant based lifestyle, you have come to the right place.

I understand the pressures of life, with being a mother, wife, triathlete and running 2 businesses. This is why I am here to help, guide you and show that this isn't a time consuming lifestyle.

I have competed in fitness body building, BMX - where I represented Australia at World Championships, mountain biker and triathlete where I have completed and finished Ironman 70.3 and currently in training for the next Ironman 70.3. 

I work with each one of my clients to make sustainable long term changes to lifestyle and fitness, so that you can achieve your desired results. I love helping others and i want to share this lifestyle with you so you can become the best version of yourself. 

Jodi is incredible to work with.  Her recipes are delicious and easy.  Before I worked with her, I was notorious for being a not-so-great cook and it felt intimidating to change my family over to plant based.  By working with Jodi for twelve weeks, I was able to acquire enough recipes to have an entire month's meal plan of different recipes!   My family LOVES the recipes and I find them incredibly easy and quick.  I am a much more confident chef and my family says my cooking has improved tremendously.   All of that and in the meantime, we easily and pretty seamlessly transitioned to plant based eating!   With Jodi's help, we are now eating much healthier meals but also, an unexpected bonus, much more delicious meals!!!
